In 1979, Auricchio moved his family to the United States to continue the family legacy, searching for the highest-quality milk and settling in Wisconsin’s “America’s Dairyland” Alongside two Italian master cheesemakers, he began crafting Provolone, Parmesan and Romano cheeses and later introduced varieties such as Mascarpone, CreamyGorg®, Italico® and American Grana.
