Beth’s Farm Kitchen (BFK) is a small-batch manufacturer and co-packer in Old Chatham, New York. Founded in 1981 to preserve New York’s harvest, the company partners with local farmers to make jams, chutneys and preserves and provides equitable jobs to members of the community Farmers Jodie Emmett and Guillermo Maciel took over the business in 2016 and continue sourcing locally while expanding into dairy products BFK offers co-packing and small-batch manufacturing services for entrepreneurs, chefs and farms, using flexible collaborative processes to scale recipes into shelf-ready products
