Bon Foods, originally Bonneau Foods, was founded by chef Paul Le Vasseaur Bonneau, who immigrated to the U.S. and began producing vinegars, Worcestershire sauce, soups, sauces and gravy bases. Under new owner Thom King, the company renamed itself Bon Foods and is improving its HACCP programs and manufacturing practices while delivering clean-label ingredients and fair pricing The company is based in Portland, Oregon and offers co-packing, custom blending of dry and liquid products, private label manufacturing, contract beverage manufacturing and custom milling and grinding services
