Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery is a farmer-owned cooperative headquartered in Ellsworth, Wisconsin, known as the “Cheese Curd Capital of Wisconsin.” Founded in 1910, the cooperative now consists of roughly 200 family dairy farms that produce fresh cheese curds, cheddar, Colby and other cheeses.
