Who we are

Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery is a farmer-owned cooperative headquartered in Ellsworth, Wisconsin, known as the “Cheese Curd Capital of Wisconsin.” Founded in 1910, the cooperative now consists of roughly 200 family dairy farms that produce fresh cheese curds, cheddar, Colby and other cheeses. Ellsworth operates retail stores in Ellsworth and Menomonie, as well as a mail-order business. The creamery emphasises high-quality milk, time-honoured cheesemaking techniques and continuous innovation to meet customer tastes. In addition to cheese curds, Ellsworth offers cultured butter, cheese spreads and seasonal specialty cheeses.
