Pecan Deluxe Candy Company is a family-owned supplier of inclusions and toppings for ice cream, dairy, confectionery, and food-service industries. Originating from a Texas ice-cream shop, it has grown to more than 600 employees and produces over 1,500 items, including popping candy, baked inclusions, praline nuts and seeds, sprinkles, cookie-dough pieces, granola, popping boba, sauces, and variegates.
