The company now develops and manufactures custom Asian and international sauces, dressings, dips, and marinades for restaurants, wholesalers, and retail partners. Its development team creates inventive recipes for retail, club, and food-service customers, while its manufacturing facility produces fresh, refrigerated, frozen, and shelf-stable products. Now a subsidiary of Yamasa Corporation USA, Rikki continues to be led by Chef Masa and his team, who expand offerings with flavors from around the world.
