VillageCare is a not-for-profit organization that provides continuing care and community services to older adults, individuals living with HIV/AIDS and others in need of long-term care in New York City. Its services include short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing, home care, certified home health aides, care management, Medicaid managed long-term care plans and supportive housing. VillageCare operates the VillageCare Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Manhattan, the Adult Day Health Center and the VillageCareMAX managed care program. The organization advocates for inclusive care and collaborates with community partners to improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations. Headquarters are in Lower Manhattan.
