Westby Cooperative Creamery is a farmer-owned cooperative founded in 1903 in Westby, Wisconsin. Nearly 100 member farmers supply rBST-free milk used to make cottage cheese, sour cream, dips, yogurt, cream cheese and butter. The creamery handcrafts cultured and hard cheeses using small-batch production and promotes sustainability and animal care. Westby offers its branded products through a retail store and operates a private-label program that provides co-packing and custom formulation.
